JurIA is a startup specializing in the development of AI software for accounting and law firms. We are looking for a Senior Sales professional to join our innovative team.
Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Sales representative to join our team of 15 and actively contribute to our company's commercial growth. You will play a central role in our growth strategy, working closely with the sales, marketing, product, and IT teams. If you have strong expertise in business development and a desire to work in a constantly innovating environment, join us and participate in the growth of our project!
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Development: Increase company revenue within a portfolio of accounting or law firm clients. Develop a commercial strategy adapted to the innovative legaltech sector. Identify and qualify new commercial opportunities through Hubspot management. Develop account plans and conduct targeted prospecting actions. Collaborate synergistically with sales, marketing, and product teams (RevOps).
- Sales Cycle Management: Master the Hubspot software to generate leads and implement strategy. Implement a RevOps strategy. Prepare and conduct commercial presentations with project teams. Manage contractual negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. Actively contribute to JurIA's development.

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Bac +5 degree or equivalent from a top business school.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in business development, ideally in Legaltech.
- Comfortable working autonomously.
- Proficiency in Hubspot software.
- Excellent oral communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders (accountants, IT directors, lawyers, etc.).
- A conquering spirit, autonomy, and strong results orientation.
- Previous experience working with legal professionals or familiarity with the legal world and its specific codes.
