About the Technical Lead Role

As a Technical Lead for the Fund Administration Workflow Automation team at Juniper Square, you will drive technical direction, design and architect complex automation systems, and mentor a team of developers. You will work closely with cross-functional partners in product, design, and quality assurance to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and architect complex workflow automation systems.
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior developers.
  • Ensure high quality via code reviews and best practices.
  • Collaborate with Product, UX, and QA for timely delivery.
  • Own monitoring, diagnosing, and resolving production issues.
  • Provide technical support and contribute to large-scale automation projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • 5 to 10 years in cloud-based web application development.
  • Proficiency in OOP languages such as Python or Java.
  • Experience with front-end technologies like React, HTML, CSS, and Javascript.
  • Knowledge of relational databases, SQL schema design, and query optimization.
  • Familiarity with Cloud (AWS), Container technologies (Docker, k8s), and optionally GraphQL.
