Position Overview

We are seeking a Junior AI Developer with a strong desire to learn. In this role, you will join our engineering team to develop AI solutions that transform user experiences, including intelligent recommendation systems, chatbots, predictive analytics, and automation using modern AI/ML technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement advanced RAG with hybrid retrieval (semantic + keyword).
  • Create intelligent chunking systems and hierarchical retrieval.
  • Work with reranking and fusion retrieval for enhanced accuracy.
  • Implement RAG with memory and context management.
  • Optimize embeddings and query expansion for specific domains.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance user experience.

Technological Stack

  • Python for development
  • LlamaIndex for advanced RAG orchestration
  • OpenAI API (GPT-5, text-embedding-3)
  • Qdrant as vector database

What We Look For

  • Proficiency in Python and APIs
  • Experience with advanced RAG and hybrid retrieval
