The Finance team is hiring a Business Insights Analyst to work closely with trading operations, technology, and back-office teams to leverage data for better decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Build and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the firm’s operational data.
  • Develop reconciliations between internal data sources and vendor billings.
  • Manage the master data source for contracted services.
  • Monitor changes in business, infrastructure, and systems for data capture quality.
  • Drive process improvements to streamline data management workflows.
  • Recommend system enhancements and assist with testing and implementation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills You'll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 2 years of analytical or business research experience.
  • Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
  • Excellent data management, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to change while working independently.
