About the Job

The Executive Assistant at Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab supports the Managing Director by managing schedules, communications, and project documentation. Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategically scheduling meetings, appointments, and project tasks.
  • Acting as the central contact for internal and external communications.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and refining correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Organizing materials for team meetings and design reviews.
  • Documenting meeting proceedings and tracking actionable items.
  • Supporting project management with documentation and timeline monitoring.
  • Building productive relationships with internal teams and external collaborators.

About You

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field with 5-8 years of executive assistant experience, preferably within a luxury hotel brand. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and experience in multi-cultural teams are required; additional language skills are a significant advantage.
