Your Role as a Business Analyst Intern

You’ll be fully immersed in the life of the studio and its startups. You’ll actively contribute to their development, depending on your internship scope. As a CEO Right Hand Intern, you’ll work closely with one of Jumanji Studio’s Partners and be involved in a wide range of projects that support the growth of both the studio and its startups. Your mission will be diverse — from strategic and financial work to hands-on operations. Either way, you’ll be at the heart of startup development and strategy execution, in direct contact with our CEOs on a daily basis.

Think of this role as a mix between Business Analyst and Data Analyst: using data to generate insights and recommend real actions. You’re analytical and have a strong affinity for numbers. Your skills will amplify each Partner’s impact on the studio’s portfolio startups. We're looking for autonomous, agile, and versatile profiles.

Your Profile and Skills

You already know you want to give meaning to your career — maybe you even dream of launching your own startup someday. We're looking for dynamic, independent individuals with a strong sense of execution, fluent English (spoken and written), and French is a plus.

• Key soft skills: agility, responsiveness, adaptability, ability to prioritize, and a proactive mindset (nothing is set in stone here — all ideas are welcome!)
• Master’s level (Bac+4/5) specializing in data analysis (engineering or equivalent)
• Strong written communication skills: copywriting and editing (a must)
• Experience in project management is a plus
• Curious and creative mindset
• Autonomous: we mainly work remotely, so you must be comfortable working without a physical team

What You’ll Get

• €1000/month gross for a 6-month internship starting end of July 2026
• Fully remote possible – or coworking in Paris, Bordeaux, Biarritz, or Toulouse

The Recruitment Process

• A call with Marine, our Head of People (30 min)
• An interview with Valérian and/or Yohan, studio partners (45 min)
• An informal chat with one of our entrepreneurs (ask them anything!)
• A small case study to see how you think (nothing scary, we promise)

Please note: this is a full-time internship only — no work-study or alternating schedule possible.
