Enterprise AI Architect Manager

The role is focused on the optimal technology design of core Digital and AI solutions according to JTI's business requirements and ensuring optimal positioning of related Data, AI and Marketing & Sales (M&S) solutions. This position is responsible for developing the 3+ year architecture roadmaps for JTI, ensuring its long-term operational efficiency and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Architecture Planning for JTI platform solutions: Develop and maintain JTI technology/solution architecture roadmaps considering industry trends, business requirements, strategic portfolio of upcoming initiatives and technology roadmaps. Establish strong working relationships with IT Teams to ensure support for JTI and influence vendors' product development. Ensure AI solution architecture aligns with enterprise architecture principles.
• Solution architecture services for projects: Participate as an advisor and support projects to ensure technology selection aligns with standards. Provide balanced architecture evaluations considering project delivery constraints and solution sustainability. Approve non-standard or pilot technology use. Propose innovative solutions for digital sales opportunities. Provide proactive feedback to BTS process team leads, project sponsors, and top management.
• Define and maintain architecture standards for platforms: Establish and maintain consistent architecture standards for JTI Platforms, considering solution platform, integration, UX, BI requirements, security, and data management. Standards should align with JTI IT standards, vendor and technology constraints, business requirements, and development/operations processes. Promote and communicate standards regularly. Work with BTS, Development Teams, and Data & Analytics to ensure compliance. Propose potential optimizations to simplify architecture.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of Architecture and IT/Business process management experience.
• 5+ years of experience and demonstrable knowledge of ML and AI, including industrialization and governance.
• 5+ years of experience in solution design for enterprise platforms.
• 3+ years of experience in cloud and digital technologies (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Magento).
• Experience in Solution Architecture tasks and methods; good understanding of enterprise and solution architecture concepts and standards.
• ArchiMate knowledge is a plus.
• English professional proficiency (spoken and written).
