Key Responsibilities
- Develop short- and long-term communications strategy aligned with business goals.
- Coordinate internal communications to engage and align employees.
- Improve public image through media strategies and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage public relations, crisis communications, and CSR initiatives.
- Craft press releases, key messages, position papers, and leadership communications.
- Engage government agencies, industry groups, and external collaborators.
- Collaborate on compliance, labor issues, and community investment strategies.
- Identify communications opportunities to boost brand reputation and mitigate risks.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
- 10+ years in public/government affairs with 7+ years in a leadership role.
- Strong background in media relations, corporate branding, and reputation management.
- Expertise in advocacy, policy evaluation, and corporate social responsibility.
- Experience in crisis communications and proactive response strategies.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
- Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
- Proven strategic, analytical approach in a fast-paced environment.
