Key Responsibilities

  • Develop short- and long-term communications strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Coordinate internal communications to engage and align employees.
  • Improve public image through media strategies and stakeholder engagement.
  • Manage public relations, crisis communications, and CSR initiatives.
  • Craft press releases, key messages, position papers, and leadership communications.
  • Engage government agencies, industry groups, and external collaborators.
  • Collaborate on compliance, labor issues, and community investment strategies.
  • Identify communications opportunities to boost brand reputation and mitigate risks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or related field.
  • 10+ years in public/government affairs with 7+ years in a leadership role.
  • Strong background in media relations, corporate branding, and reputation management.
  • Expertise in advocacy, policy evaluation, and corporate social responsibility.
  • Experience in crisis communications and proactive response strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and external partners.
  • Proven strategic, analytical approach in a fast-paced environment.
