The Learning Project Coordinator at JSR Tech Consulting is a remote contract position requiring occasional on-site visits to the Newark, NJ office. The role focuses on coordinating live and virtual technical training sessions and managing logistics for learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Schedule and facilitate information sessions and training events.
- Monitor and respond to learner inquiries across the enterprise.
- Manage registration for instructor-led training programs.
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for registration logistics.
- Facilitate virtual and live technical training sessions.
- Troubleshoot technical issues during training.
- Draft clear written communications for training participants.
- Ensure effective communication with stakeholders regarding training programs.
Skills & Expertise
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and a background in supporting technical or engineering groups in a global company. Must possess learning coordination experience, advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis), familiarity with MS Planner or MS Project, excellent written and verbal communication, organizational and time management skills, as well as problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
