Overview

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager - HR Core Data to shape the future of product innovation by driving customer value, leading successful launches and delivering high-quality products. As part of the HR Employee Records team, you will innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
  • Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions.
  • Maintain and develop a product backlog aligned with strategic roadmap.
  • Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, feature set, risk, and reliability.
  • Collaborate with engineering, operations, and functional leaders for strategic priorities.
  • Implement technology enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Provide insightful reporting and context-driven next step recommendations.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management or relevant domain expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design and data analytics.
  • Proven leadership in product lifecycle activities from ideation to launch.
  • Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud superuser or implementor.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.
  • Strong data management focus including accuracy and security.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a matrixed, complex organization.
  • In-depth understanding of the Core HR module in Oracle HCM Cloud.
  • Experience working in agile scrum teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
