Overview
JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Product Manager - HR Core Data to shape the future of product innovation by driving customer value, leading successful launches and delivering high-quality products. As part of the HR Employee Records team, you will innovate new product offerings and lead the end-to-end product life cycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
- Manage discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions.
- Maintain and develop a product backlog aligned with strategic roadmap.
- Build frameworks to track key success metrics including cost, feature set, risk, and reliability.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and functional leaders for strategic priorities.
- Implement technology enhancements and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide insightful reporting and context-driven next step recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management or relevant domain expertise.
- Advanced knowledge of product development life cycle, design and data analytics.
- Proven leadership in product lifecycle activities from ideation to launch.
- Strong experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud superuser or implementor.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership and project management skills.
- Strong data management focus including accuracy and security.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a matrixed, complex organization.
- In-depth understanding of the Core HR module in Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Experience working in agile scrum teams and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
