Role Responsibilities
Lead strategic onboarding for new clients ensuring seamless account setup and service delivery across multiple work streams including IBOR, Reconciliations, Oversight, and Reporting.
- Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, and Operations.
- Develop and implement onboarding strategies aligned with client needs.
- Establish governance and oversight models for post go-live support.
- Implement anti-fraud measures to protect clients and the bank.
- Monitor KPIs and SLAs for compliance and performance.
- Manage projects with detailed planning and resource allocation.
- Build strong client relationships as the primary contact.
- Lead and mentor teams toward continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 7+ years in investment operations or client services with proven leadership and strategic planning skills. Expertise in anti-fraud strategies, process automation, and conflict management is required. Strong digital literacy and communication skills are essential.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience within banking or financial services, deep knowledge of banking software and data analytics tools, and an MBA or advanced degree are preferred.
