Job Description
Drive the modernization of reporting by ensuring trusted, well-governed data from source to consumer. Lead while strengthening quality, controls, and transparency. Partner with stakeholders and Subject Matter Experts to deliver scalable, reconciled, audit-ready reporting.
As a Vice President within Client Services team, you drive data governance and the transition of reporting to Kurtosys to enable consistent, traceable, and reproducible outcomes. You ensure data readiness for onboarding, oversee quality frameworks, and manage end-to-end reconciliation between CRDP and Kurtosys. You lead a team and SME steward network while proactively managing stakeholders, risks, testing, and cutover execution.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish processes to validate data availability for onboarding and downstream reporting readiness.
- Drive remediation plans to close data gaps and track completion to agreed milestones.
- Standardize data definitions and transformations across CRDP and Kurtosys for consistent interpretation.
- Enable end-to-end traceability by aligning lineage, metadata, and control documentation.
- Implement data quality frameworks leveraging the Pro DQ model and defined quality thresholds.
- Coordinate report transition analysis, test planning, and migration approach to Kurtosys.
- Execute regression checks and cutover readiness activities to minimize operational disruption.
- Monitor delivery progress, dependencies, and key risks across the transition program.
- Mitigate issues through structured triage, root-cause analysis, and corrective action plans.
- Build a network of SMEs to serve as data stewards with clear ownership and escalation paths.
- Lead and develop team members to foster high performance and cross-functional collaboration.

- Bring 12+ years of experience in data governance, reporting, or asset management.
- Demonstrate delivery leadership on large-scale governance or reporting transformation initiatives.
