Job Responsibilities

  • Create an initiative-taking risk and control culture using proven evaluation strategies.
  • Support end-to-end execution of risk & control frameworks and issue resolution.
  • Engage with control management, operations, legal, compliance, and audit partners.
  • Develop program-related data metrics (KRI/KPI) to support business processes.
  • Identify technology solutions alongside product and process owners.
  • Manage ongoing change management requests for risk evaluation and updates.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • 3+ years of experience in financial services.
  • Expertise in control and risk management with a passion for process design and technology.
  • Proficiency in gathering business requirements and cross-team collaboration.
  • Strong skills in process mapping, data analysis, and Microsoft Office.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with AI/machine learning solutions.
  • Familiarity with Change Mobilization tools like Alteryx, Tableau, Python, Databricks, SQL.
  • Background in controls, audit, risk management, or compliance.
