As a Technology Support III team member in the Chief Technology Office team at JPMorganChase, you will ensure the operational stability, availability, and performance of our production application flows. A focus on continuous improvement defines your role as you troubleshoot, maintain, escalate, and resolve production service interruptions for both internally and externally developed systems to create a seamless user experience.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end application/infrastructure service to support business operations.
  • Maintain day-to-day system operations ensuring stability and availability.
  • Monitor production environments for anomalies using observability tools.
  • Escalate issues and communicate solutions to business and technology stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends to handle incident, problem, and change management effectively.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
  • Knowledge of large-scale application or infrastructure environments both on premises and public cloud.
  • Experience in using observability and monitoring tools.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with general purpose programming languages and automation scripting.
