Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows.
- Improve operational stability and availability.
- Monitor production environments for anomalies using observability tools.
- Assist in escalation and communication of issues and solutions.
- Identify trends and manage incidents, problems, and changes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience troubleshooting and maintaining IT services.
- Knowledge of large-scale tech environments on premises or public cloud.
- Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.
