About the Role

Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of our operations at JPMorganChase. As a Technology Support II team member in Corporate Technology, you will ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows.
  • Improve operational stability and participate in problem management.
  • Monitor production environments using observability tools.
  • Assist with escalation and communication of issues.
  • Identify trends and support incident, problem, and change management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Formal training or certification in software engineering.
  • 2+ years of applied experience.
  • Knowledge of large-scale applications/infrastructure.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools.
  • Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell, and Python.
  • Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.
  • Experience with Dynatrace and Splunk.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with additional programming languages or automation scripting.
  • Understanding of Apache, Tomcats, and TomEE.
  • Knowledge of Cloud technologies.
  • Experience within the Banking Domain.
