About the Role
Join a dynamic team shaping the tech backbone of our operations at JPMorganChase. As a Technology Support II team member in Corporate Technology, you will ensure operational stability, availability, and performance of production application flows.
Job Responsibilities
- Analyze and troubleshoot production application flows.
- Improve operational stability and participate in problem management.
- Monitor production environments using observability tools.
- Assist with escalation and communication of issues.
- Identify trends and support incident, problem, and change management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Formal training or certification in software engineering.
- 2+ years of applied experience.
- Knowledge of large-scale applications/infrastructure.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell, and Python.
- Familiarity with ITIL framework processes.
