You will design and develop comprehensive product documentation for developer audiences, including guides, API reference materials, and interactive tutorials.

Job Responsibilities

• Design and develop comprehensive product documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering teams.
• Translate complex technical information into clear content.
• Manage and/or learn API design principles with docs-as-code workflows.
• Define documentation standards and quality control processes.
• Evaluate and implement documentation toolchains.
• Champion user-centered documentation by using customer feedback.
• Develop alternative media forms with a consistent tone of voice.
• Drive innovation through new documentation approaches.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• B2B Technical Writer experience with developer-focused products.
• Proficiency in Markdown, OpenAPI/Swagger, static site generators, and git-based version control.
• Ability to simplify complex technical content with accuracy.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering and product teams.
• Customer advocacy to address developer needs and content gaps.
• Self-directed work ethic and project initiative.
• Adaptability in fast-moving environments with multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge or willingness to learn API structure and design principles.
• Experience in financial services or fintech, in both startups and established organizations.
