Technical Project Manager

As a Technical Project Manager in Payments Technology, you will support the successful delivery of complex technology projects and programs related to Market Expansion business goals across the firm. Leverage your technical expertise to guide Market Expansion projects, fostering growth and innovation in a dynamic environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating technical requirements, resource allocation, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery of technology solutions
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing potential roadblocks and implementing contingency plans to maintain project and program momentum
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and business stakeholders, to define program scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
- Utilize analytical reasoning to assess program performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven optimizations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Champion the adoption of agile methodologies and technical solutions, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in technical program management, supporting complex technology projects and programs in a large organization
- Working experience in financial services technology or similar industry where technology is at the core
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in teams and develop meaningful relationships to achieve common goals
- Ability to support globally diverse teams across different time zones and forging relationships with key business stakeholders and development teams
- Experience in utilizing technical fluency, including knowledge of vendor products and managing vendor relations, to enable on-demand access to shared pools of applications and services
- Demonstrated proficiency in applying analytical reasoning and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, or operational objectives into manageable tasks and activities
- Proficient experience in Microsoft office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Teams)
- Working knowledge of Jira
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Experience in Treasury Services, Cash Management or Global Transaction Banking would be an advantage
- Experience in managing projects with complex regulatory requirements
- Experience in projects that involve launching products into new global markets
- Experience in managing infrastructure/data center implementation projects
