- Champion agile methodologies and technical solutions.
- Create epics, update documentation, and manage requirement changes.
- Develop use cases and secure business sign-off.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in Solutions Analysis, Technical Program Delivery, or related field.
- Advanced experience with RDBMS (MSSQL/PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/Cassandra).
- Proficiency in Agile development and SDLC.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of technology strategies and best practices.
- Cloud certifications such as AWS or Terraform.
- Experience with micro services and Spring Boot.
