Role Overview: Strategy Associate
As a Strategy Associate on the WorkSmarter team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how JPMorganChase integrates and scales transformative technologies throughout its employee base. This unique position offers a challenging opportunity at the confluence of technology and strategy, allowing you to directly influence enterprise priorities and guide firmwide transformation initiatives. You will work closely with senior leaders to develop comprehensive adoption roadmaps, orchestrate critical change programs, and deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze technology adoption data and extract actionable insights utilizing advanced analytics and data visualization tools.
- Develop executive-level narratives and compelling visualizations to effectively communicate progress and demonstrate impact to stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-Line of Business (LOB) alignment by disseminating best practices and key analytical findings across the organization.
- Contribute to the execution of pilots and proofs of concept for emerging technologies, leveraging data analytics to thoroughly evaluate outcomes.
- Design and implement technology adoption strategies and user experiences that are intuitive, deliver tangible value, and are informed by robust data analysis.
- Engage proactively with senior executives to champion adoption priorities and guide the development of transformation roadmaps.
- Benchmark existing solutions and rigorously assess new capabilities through both quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Translate complex technology trends into practical, data-driven strategies for widespread adoption and scaling across the enterprise.
- Cultivate expertise in both established and nascent technologies, including generative AI (genAI) and modern collaboration platforms.
- Collaborate effectively with diverse internal teams to accelerate enterprise-wide priorities and achieve measurable business outcomes.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Services, Management Consulting, Technology, or closely related fields, with a strong emphasis on analytics, innovation, or organizational transformation.
- Demonstrated experience in applying analytical thinking to inform strategic decisions and drive significant impact.
- Proven ability to break down complex challenges into clear strategic opportunities and actionable, data-driven plans.
- Exceptional organizational and program management capabilities.
- Adept at fostering strong partnerships across a variety of diverse teams and functional areas.
- Capacity to rapidly acquire proficiency in new tools and emerging technologies (e.g., genAI, LLMs, collaboration platforms) and apply this knowledge to enhance processes and accelerate technology adoption.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Proficiency in data analytics and visualization platforms such as Alteryx and Tableau.
- Expertise in the Microsoft 365 suite (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive) and other leading collaboration tools.
- Practical, hands-on experience applying analytics and cutting-edge technologies, specifically AI and large language models (LLMs), to address complex business challenges and drive digital transformation.
