Overview

Become an integral part of JPMorganChase's Firm-wide Senior Executive Admin team. In this role, each day is unique and offers a platform for professional growth and skill enhancement.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars
  • Screen incoming calls and prioritize information
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings
  • Arrange domestic and international travel
  • Organize events including catering and transportation
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims
  • Assist with staff onboarding and offboarding
  • Produce high quality emails and official communications
  • Maintain department documents and executive bios
  • Edit spreadsheets and presentations for meetings

Qualifications

At least five years of administrative experience; advanced organizational skills; discretion and sound judgment in confidential situations; strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; excellent telephone etiquette; and ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting at the Managing Director level or above. A college degree is a plus.

Work Arrangement

This role requires working five days in the office (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid options.
