About the Role

Become an integral part of the Consumer & Community Banking team at JPMorganChase where you will work in a fast-paced organization. Every day brings unique challenges and opportunities for professional growth. As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support a high-level team with impeccable attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain complex and detailed calendars.
  • Screen and prioritize incoming calls.
  • Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Organize events including catering and transportation.
  • Process invoices and T&E expense claims.
  • Assist with staff on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
  • Produce high quality emails and communications.
  • Maintain department documents and edit presentations.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum five years of administrative experience.
  • Advanced organizational abilities and discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Excellent telephone etiquette and priority management.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting senior executives at the Managing Director level or higher. A college degree is a plus.

Work Environment

This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid option.
