About the Role
Become an integral part of the Consumer & Community Banking team at JPMorganChase where you will work in a fast-paced organization. As a Senior Executive Administrative Assistant, you will support a high-level team with impeccable attention to detail, professionalism and discretion.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain complex and detailed calendars.
- Screen and prioritize incoming calls.
- Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings.
- Arrange domestic and international travel.
- Organize events including catering and transportation.
- Process invoices and T&E expense claims.
- Assist with staff on-boarding/off-boarding processes.
- Produce high quality emails and communications.
- Maintain department documents and edit presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum five years of administrative experience.
- Advanced organizational abilities and discretion.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent telephone etiquette and priority management.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting senior executives at the Managing Director level or higher. A college degree is a plus.
Work Environment
This role requires five days in the office (Mon-Fri) with no hybrid option.
