Do you love managing a large portfolio of clients? Join our team as a Senior Client Service Account Associate at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will directly service a portfolio of large corporate or financial institution clients, helping them effectively utilize Payments Products and Services.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as a key advisor to clients, providing decision-making consultation.
  • Serve as the central point of resolution and escalation for service issues.
  • Identify product/service gaps and development opportunities in Treasury Services.
  • Recommend product enhancements and participate in service delivery plans.
  • Communicate complex ideas and client issues with confidence.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 3 years industry/functional experience.
  • Understanding of core Treasury Services products.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage time in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative approach with internal colleagues and external clients.
  • Sound judgment with risk evaluation.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours using virtual connectivity tools.
