About the Role

Do you love managing a large portfolio of clients? Join our team as a Senior Client Service Account Associate at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will serve as a key advisor to large corporate and financial institution clients, guiding them in leveraging Payments Products and Services for operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Advise clients with expert consultation and decision support.
  • Act as central point of resolution and escalation for service issues.
  • Identify product/service gaps and recommend development opportunities.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant industry and/or functional experience.
  • Understanding of core Treasury Services product sets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to partner with internal colleagues and external clients.
