You will support and collaborate with the team to frame strategic decisions, resolve implementation roadblocks, and achieve critical priorities. Job Responsibilities
- Design and implement solutions to accelerate decision-making and clarify complex problems.
- Identify critical issues and actionable opportunities within technology transformation efforts.
- Support the execution and delivery of large-scale programs across the organization.
- Develop frameworks, content, and solution roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
- Assist in designing and implementing transformation frameworks, processes, and tools.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with technology programs.
- Drive continuous process optimization and embed lessons learned into practices.
- Analyze source-system data to uncover trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Present actionable insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leaders.
- Cultivate trust-based advisor relationships with key stakeholders across management and business lines.
- Own the development of clear and concise communication materials for executive audiences.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 3+ years of experience in technology strategy, consulting, transformation, product management, or delivery of large-scale technology initiatives.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint for creating executive-level documents and Excel for in-depth analysis and planning.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and articulate complex concepts to senior leaders and diverse audiences, including both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of enterprise IT management and technology concepts, covering infrastructure, product operating models, budgeting, talent management, and risk management.
- Proven entrepreneurial drive to identify impact opportunities and effectively influence others.
- Strong ability to structure and scope complex problems using analytical and qualitative tools.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Advanced data analytics skills, including extracting and modeling data from various source systems.
- Experience with Tableau or similar Business Intelligence (BI) tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Background in financial services.
