About the Role: Senior AI Product Manager at JPMorganChase

We are actively building the next generation of AI and autonomous agents designed to reason, plan, act, and learn, addressing critical operational challenges at the immense scale of the world's largest bank. As a Senior AI Product Manager within the Corporate and Investment Banking operations team, you will leverage your expertise in AI and leadership to define strategic direction. You will lead researchers, engineers, and designers in constructing agentic AI pipelines and orchestrations to automate bank operations and workflows.

The AI team for Corporate and Investment Banking operations is at the forefront of transforming the bank by harnessing the latest advancements in agentic AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). This role offers high visibility, situated at the nexus of product strategy, AI development, and enterprise-level operational workflows.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify key areas where AI can significantly impact top-line business metrics.
• Translate complex user and business needs into clear strategy and actionable requirements.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Roadmaps and Product Requirements Documents (PRDs).
• Lead a diverse project team, including engineers, designers, analysts, and front-office business leads, guiding technical and non-technical decisions from conception through to launch.
• Present strategic initiatives, drive organizational alignment, and secure buy-in from company leadership.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
• 2+ years of experience working in a company renowned for its strong product management culture.
• Proven experience driving the full product lifecycle for various products, including writing detailed product documents and leading technical teams from initial idea to alignment, execution, and successful launch.
• Familiarity with various AI model architectures, such as Large Language Models, and methodologies including prompting, context engineering, fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), MCPs, and agentic frameworks.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in defining robust evaluation sets and guiding teams through quantitative and qualitative evaluations and iterations to ensure reliable, high-quality product delivery.
• A demonstrated track record of delivering and launching successful products at scale.
• Experience leading technological transformation efforts for large-scale digital operations.
• Experience leading product development within highly complex, large-scale back-end environments.
