About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Senior Administrative Assistant in Specialty Sales at JPMorganChase. In this role, you will support key executives and ensure seamless operations within the organization.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate active calendars for executives and team members.
- Handle domestic and international travel arrangements and related logistics.
- Process invoices and expense claims in compliance with guidelines.
- Organize internal and external events including meetings and conferences.
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and internal communications.
- Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum 3 years experience in a client facing or administrative role; strong Microsoft Office skills; excellent organizational and communication abilities; discretion and sound judgment in handling confidential information; proactive and resourceful team player.
Preferred Qualifications
Comfortable adopting new technologies and productivity tools; willingness to work flexible hours; previous client-facing experience in a multinational firm.
Work Environment
This role is on-site with a five-day in-office requirement (Mon-Fri). No hybrid options are available.
