About the Role

The Securitized Products Group External Reporting Controller Analyst at JPMorganChase will oversee Basel III Regulatory Capital and RWA requirements, ensuring timely and accurate submissions. The role supports financial controls and regulatory reporting, working closely with business teams to reconcile balance sheets and adhere to stringent control procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Basel III Regulatory Capital and RWA, including various exposures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for RWA and Capital inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial statements and external reporting.
• Reconcile balance sheets and verify proper treatment of transactions.
• Produce regulatory submissions including FFIEC 101, FR Y-15, among others.
• Maintain stringent controls and standards across reporting processes.
• Collaborate with line-product control teams and support process improvements.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Mathematics, etc.
• Strong technical skills with large data handling (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience in a controller organization with high attention to detail.
• Excellent problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fixed income products and financial control processes.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional accounting qualification (CPA, ACA, CIMACFA charter holder).
• Understanding of balance sheet, capital, and Basel regulatory regimes.
