About the Role

As a Securities Services Client Solutions Associate at JPMorganChase, you will join a dynamic and growing team in a fast-paced environment. Your role is crucial in the implementation of new and incremental business into J.P. Morgan, ensuring deals are executed and onboarded efficiently to maximize revenue opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class implementation client experience from start to finish.
• Manage projects with virtual teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Act as the client face and ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
• Partner with sales and account teams to support pre-win pitches and RFPs.
• Utilize project plans, issue logs, and status reports to maintain progress.
• Identify and execute process improvements for seamless business transition.
• Stay current with product and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and project management tools.
• Proactive, energetic self-starter with strong program management skills.
• Ability to collaborate and partner with diverse teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Working knowledge of Global Custody and/or Fund Services is a plus.
