As a Real Estate Asset Management Program Analyst, you will collaborate with Asset Managers, overseeing a diverse portfolio and promoting value for clients through strategic oversight, development assistance, and comprehensive reporting in our New York office.

This integral role supports the Real Estate Americas business, working alongside Asset Managers to drive client value. Responsibilities include oversight and strategy implementation within the existing portfolio, assisting with development deals, handling dispositions, managing internal and external property valuations, and completing various internal and external reports.

Job Responsibilities

• Underwrite using Argus and Excel for financial analysis.
• Create and utilize financial models for investment valuation.
• Research and analyze market data to inform decisions.
• Participate in property inspections and market tours.
• Prepare presentations and written investment committee memos.
• Perform due diligence to prepare acquisitions for closing.

• 1+ years of financial analysis, real estate, or modeling experience.
• Demonstrated interest in real estate through internships, coursework, or projects.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities And Skills

• ARGUS experience is a significant plus.
