About the Role: Quant Analytics
As a Quant Analytics professional at JPMorganChase, you will be instrumental in elevating and monitoring channel performance KPIs, transforming customer data into profound, actionable insights for senior CCB leadership. Your work will revolutionize the email marketing channel strategy by leveraging unparalleled expertise in advanced analytics techniques and business-critical data capabilities.
This includes marketing attribution, valuation of customer engagement, and tracking cross-channel marketing interactions for each customer. You will cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the email channel, juxtaposing it with other channels to unearth potential synergies and assess impacts on other owned media channels. Deliver compelling reports on campaign performance to strategically allocate resources towards initiatives with the highest potential.
You will pinpoint areas ripe for enhancement in email version id-level performance and deliver strategic optimization recommendations to marketers and channel management, propelling a more personalized communication strategy. This is empowered by the development of superior targeting and streamlined customer journeys. Conduct opportunity assessments, encompassing audience sizing, revenue estimation, and customer experience enhancements, in collaboration with line of business and product analytics teams.
Furthermore, you will uncover opportunities to enrich the digital user experience by analyzing customer behavior, engage closely with the data technology team to identify and bridge gaps in the data capture strategy, and collaboratively implement enhancements. Partner with other teams to design robust tests, interpret results, and translate findings into a program's impact on the company. Prepare comprehensive final documents and present these impactful results to senior management, driving the organization towards unprecedented success.
Qualifications
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Business Analytics & Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation. Alternatively, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics & Information Systems, Computer Science or a related field of study plus 4 years of experience in the job offered or as Quant Analytics, Business Intelligence Analyst, Data Analyst, Systems Engineer, or related occupation.
This position requires 2 (Two) years of experience with the following skills:
- Managing target setting and developing tracking to monitor key performance indicators.
- Translating quantitative information into actionable insights using SQL, Tableau, and Excel.
- Designing and developing interactive Excel and PPT reports using VLOOKUP, index match, data analysis add-ons, Pivots, VBA and Macros.
- Developing and maintaining dynamic and interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI.
- Extracting, transforming and loading data, normalizing data, ensuring data quality and query optimization.
- Automating the production of recurring-reports and dashboards using SQL or Alteryx server.
- Performing data manipulation, data structuring, data design flow and query optimization.
- Performing data extraction and restructuring data using programming language such as SQL, R, or Python to address analytical questions.
- Performing exploratory data analysis within enterprise databases of Terabytes in size to extract, clean, transform, and prepare data.
- Performing data ingestion, data transformation, and query optimization in Data platforms or databases such as Teradata, Oracle, PostGreSQL or Snowflake.
