Quant Analytics
JPMorgan Chase is seeking skilled professionals for multiple Quant Analytics positions. This role involves leveraging data to drive product development and business decisions within the Consumer & Community Banking division.
Job Responsibilities
- Write and optimize queries to extract and transform product and customer data.
- Design and execute A/B tests to assess the impact of product features.
- Build and maintain dashboards for KPIs, customer behavior, and product performance.
- Conduct data analysis for exploratory analysis and hypothesis validation.
- Develop and deliver data-driven presentations to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to influence roadmaps and prioritize features.
- Improve internal analytics workflows and support the adoption of data tools.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field + 2 years of experience in Quant Analytics, Business Analysis, or related occupation.
- Alternatively, a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field + 5 years of experience.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
- Experience building and maintaining Tableau dashboards.
- Data analysis in Python using pandas and NumPy.
- Developing data-driven presentations for business and technical audiences.
- Collaboration with product managers and cross-functional teams.
- Improving analytics workflows and supporting data tool adoption.
