Overview

JPMorganChase is seeking a Product Senior Associate within the Chief Data and Analytics Office. In this role, you will design and implement AI & Data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure ethical and compliant use of AI/ML technologies across the firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement product features that adhere to evolving AI & Data governance standards.
  • Ensure compliance with AI & Data Management regulations and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data scientists, engineers, legal, and compliance.
  • Establish monitoring and reporting mechanisms for governance policy compliance.
  • Present updates and recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and emerging industry trends.

Required Qualifications and Skills

At least 3 years’ experience in product management, technology governance, risk management, or compliance in regulated industries. Basic understanding of AI/ML including generative AI, data governance, and MLOps is essential. Strong business analysis, critical thinking, and communication skills are required for effective collaboration and risk mitigation.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with public cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Azure. Relevant certifications in AI governance, data governance, or related fields are a plus.
