Role Description
As a Product Manager - Voice & Chat within the International Consumer Bank, you will be the voice of the customer and a core leader responsible for developing profitable products. You will manage the end-to-end product life cycle, from discovery and ideation through strategic development and launch, ensuring top-tier client experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop product strategy and vision to deliver customer value.
- Lead discovery efforts and market research for customer solutions.
- Own and maintain a product backlog aligned with strategic roadmaps.
- Track key success metrics including cost, features, risk, and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience or equivalent expertise.
- Advanced understanding of product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Proven ability to drive product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, requirements definition, and value management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
