As a Product Manager in Digital Channels, Middleware, you are an integral part of the team that innovates new product offerings and leads the end-to-end product life cycle. As a core leader, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing profitable products that provide customer value. Utilizing your deep understanding of how to get a product off the ground, you guide the successful launch of products, gather crucial feedback, and ensure top-tier client experiences. With a strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.
Job Responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to customers.
- Align multiple priorities with the target‑state architecture; sequence capabilities and migrations to deliver near‑term value and long‑term outcomes.
- Translate business objectives into clear platform requirements and integration patterns; negotiate trade‑offs across competing asks.
- Evaluate dependencies, performance/capacity, resilience/failure modes, and security/compliance; decide on versioning/deprecation and design safe rollout/rollback paths.
- Define product requirements and success metrics; partner with engineering and architecture on designs and non‑functional needs; execute via feature flags, staged rollouts, and migration playbooks.
- Develops, maintains, prioritizes product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics for the platform.
- Work with a global team with reports both in India and US.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- 5+ years of experience in product management (with experience in platform product management).
- Demonstrated ability to work with architects and engineers on requirements, solution design and target-state evolution.
- Excellent stakeholder management across multiple business units; ability to negotiate priorities and communicate trade‑offs clearly.
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
- Keen product discernment on what fits/ does not work for the given customer need and the current architectural solution.
- 3+ yrs experience managing product team and building platform products.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization.
- MBA from a top-tier college.
