Overview
As a Product Manager - Marketing Data Platforms at JPMorganChase, you will shape the future of product innovation, drive customer value, and lead successful product launches. You will be responsible for developing innovative product offerings, managing the end-to-end product life cycle, and ensuring top-tier client experiences.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a product strategy and vision that delivers customer value.
- Conduct discovery efforts and market research to integrate customer solutions.
- Own and manage the product backlog for strategic roadmap delivery.
- Track the product's key success metrics including cost, features, and reliability.
- Identify opportunities for modern technologies such as agentic AI.
- Perform hands-on data analysis using SQL, Alteryx, Tableau, and Excel.
- Build data-driven proof-of-concepts to test hypotheses.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Partner with marketing analytics, growth teams, and other stakeholders.
- Manage relationships and technical interactions with third-party vendors.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- 5+ years in product management or relevant domain.
- Advanced understanding of product development and data analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL, data querying, and data validation.
- Experience with data manipulation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau Prep, or Dataiku.
- Skilled in data visualization tools like Tableau and Excel.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into product specifications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in a matrixed, complex organization.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like Python for data manipulation.
- Experience working with data from Mobile Measurement Partners or campaign reporting platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data warehousing solutions such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or AWS.
- Understanding of data modeling, schema design, and data governance principles.
- Experience with data for A/B testing or marketing experimentation.
