Role Summary

As a Product Manager for the Card Cobrand platform, you will lead modernization efforts, enhance platform capabilities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve scalability, reusability, resiliency, quality, and availability.

Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand needs.
  • Co-develop product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and customer support teams.
  • Develop requirements and use cases with partner teams.
  • Drive the full product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
  • Define and track KPIs for product success.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, security, and data protection standards.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis.
  • Assist in go-to-market strategies with marketing collaboration.

Required Qualifications

  • 9+ years of product management experience.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with design thinking, modern APIs, and digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • MBA or advanced MS degree is a plus.
  • Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Fintech or payment processors.
