About the Role

The Product Associate - Knowledge Management at JPMorganChase plays a crucial role in supporting the product development process and contributing to innovative solutions that address customer needs. Required Qualifications & Skills

  • 2+ years of experience in product or project management.
  • Knowledge of product development life cycle and discovery activities.
  • Emerging skills in data analytics and data literacy.
  • Experience in product launch, operational support, or similar roles.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with training materials development and onboarding processes.
  • Strategic thinker with proactive growth mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and agile methodologies.
