Job Overview

J.P. Morgan Private Bank Digital is seeking a motivated Associate for the Alternatives Product team. In this role, you will support the development and execution of digital solutions for alternatives investments, working closely with product managers, advisors, technology and other stakeholders to innovate, design and build impactful solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a vision and strategy for new business capabilities.
  • Lead market research on private market trends affecting advisor and client experiences.
  • Collect and analyze advisor/client needs to transform experiences.
  • Create and document detailed functionality roadmaps and requirements.
  • Define, measure and track product KPIs for improvement.
  • Participate in design sessions with Technology, Design, and Advisor teams.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree; advanced degree or certifications are a plus.
  • 3–5 years in financial services, alternatives investments, digital product management or related fields.
  • Understanding of product management including roadmap planning and requirement gathering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience leading product management teams or workstreams.
  • Familiarity with AI products and solutions in wealth management settings.
