As a Payments Business Manager Senior Associate, you will enhance performance and innovation for Digital & Design product offerings by developing and implementing analytics, reporting, and strategic narratives. This role provides substantial exposure to senior management in Payments and associated business lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate strategy development initiatives alongside product managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support agenda development and preparation for management meetings, business reviews, and leadership offsites.
  • Create presentations and executive materials to analyze performance and market opportunities.
  • Design and deliver robust reporting to forecast performance.
  • Partner with business and functional teams to track progress against key initiatives.
  • Analyze large data sets and synthesize clear conclusions.

Required Qualifications

  • 6 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, or strategic finance.
  • Strong creative problem-solving skills and precision in execution.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and executive storytelling skills with advanced PowerPoint and Excel expertise.
  • Proven financial modeling and analytical capabilities.

Preferred Qualifications

BA/BS degree in finance, accounting, analytics, or related field.
