About the Role

Job Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby traffic.
- Assist with day-to-day transactions and open new accounts.
- Educate clients on technology self-service options like Chase Mobile App, Chase.com, and ATMs.
- Build trusted relationships by actively listening and sharing product knowledge.
- Perform branch operations including cash device management and compliance with procedures.
Required Qualifications
Ability to put clients first, build trusted relationships, engage clients effectively, and resolve issues with attention to detail. Must have client service experience and a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
Strong desire to influence and educate customers on technology solutions and cash handling experience.
