Job Description

As an LLM Product Manager Associate at JPMorganChase, you will contribute to product innovation and support the delivery of high-quality, enterprise search products. This role involves supporting value creation for customers, assisting with successful launches, and meeting business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing a clear product vision and strategy for conventional Search and LLM-based conversational UI initiatives.
• Leverage technologies including Semantic Search, Personalized Search, SFT, RLHF, RAG, and Agents.
• Utilize established search methodologies such as Boolean, Keyword, Faceted, and Full-Text Search.
• Collaborate with internal teams (business leaders, data scientists, engineers, designers) to gather requirements and define features.
• Oversee integration and release of Search and LLM technologies ensuring scalability, security, and compliance.
• Define and track KPIs using data-driven insights for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

1-3+ years experience in Search/LLM product management or analytics. Strong collaboration skills, familiarity with AI/LLM lifecycle, and knowledge of ElasticSearch and modern LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, OpenLLM) are required. Basic understanding of Cloud computing (e.g., AWS) and operationalizing AI products via MLOps is expected.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Financial Services or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
