Learning Coordinator, Commercial & Investment Bank Learning & Development
Join the Commercial & Investment Bank Learning Team at JPMorganChase and contribute to providing best-in-class training that supports business priorities and helps attract and retain top talent. As a Learning Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing the logistical and administrative aspects of our training programs, ensuring seamless execution and a high-quality learning experience for professionals within the Investment Banking and Markets divisions.
Our training programs are highly distinguished by extensive business engagement, with CIB professionals actively involved in both design and instruction on a global scale. You will partner closely with business leaders, Human Resource Business Partners, and Specialists to ensure the effective delivery of essential training and development initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end project management and coordination for various aspects of Investment Banking and Markets training programs, including classroom, virtual, or on-demand offerings.
- Manage participant nomination lists, dispatch communications, produce all necessary training materials, reserve conference rooms, and oversee set-up arrangements, including audio/visual equipment and catering.
- Serve as the primary logistical point of contact for all individuals attending training programs.
- Assist in scheduling internal speakers/subject matter experts and/or external vendors, and collect presentations for program delivery.
- Ensure the accuracy and meticulous organization of data within the Learning app (the Learning Management System), training calendars, shared drives, and intranet sites.
- Create learning surveys and generate other ad-hoc reports as needed to assess program effectiveness.
- Manage program budgets, create purchase orders, accurately allocate invoices to appropriate cost centers, and maintain detailed tracking spreadsheets for each business unit.
- Assist with special projects related to learning and development initiatives.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Bachelor's degree required or 1+ years of relevant learning and development, program, and/or project management experience.
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent organizational skills are essential.
- Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Superior teamwork skills and a willingness to seamlessly back-up team members when necessary.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and produce quality results.
- Strong written and oral communication skills for clear and effective interaction.
- Flexibility in work hours when required by training program schedules.
- Driven, enthusiastic, and possess a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
