About the Role

JPMorganChase is inviting a dynamic Learning Content Designer to join the expanding Talent Enablement – Design & Execution team. In this role, you will create engaging multimedia content that spans videos, interactive materials, slides, and documents, ensuring communication that aligns with business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to gather and understand business objectives.
• Design and produce high-quality multimedia content.
• Utilize storytelling techniques and visual design skills.
• Stay updated with latest trends in multimedia and digital communications.
• Manage multiple projects ensuring timely delivery.
• Provide creative and effective communication solutions.
• Learn and utilize JPMorganChase digital tools.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Strong writing and storytelling abilities.
• Proficiency in multimedia design tools (Microsoft Suite, video editing, Articulate Storyline).
• Capability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.
• Creative problem-solving with a keen eye for detail.
• Strong visual design skills.
• Experience in translating business needs into multimedia content.
