Overview

The Latin America Private Bank Senior Client Service Associate Portuguese Speaking role at JPMorganChase is responsible for maintaining, deepening and enriching client relationships in the Private Banking environment. You will serve as the primary contact for service related needs, working with advisors, product partners and operations teams in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional client service with flawless execution of client requests.
  • Manage client transactions including money movements, security transfers, and loan transactions.
  • Adhere to firm controls, FINRA regulations, and safeguard client assets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for clients to engage in additional products and digital platforms.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in a matrix organization under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Fluent in written and verbal Portuguese.
  • 3+ years experience in the investment management industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • College degree or equivalent client service experience.
  • Experience with a wide array of financial products.
