About the Role
The J.P. Morgan Wealth Management Private Client Investment Associate provides operational, marketing, and administrative support to Private Client Advisors. The role focuses on client service, relationship building, and facilitating efficient processing of account requests, money movements, and investment trades.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Advisors' book of business by processing operational requests accurately and timely.
- Maintain and build client relationships by processing requests and resolving issues.
- Assist in wealth planning, referral management, and new lead generation.
- Manage account reviews and prepare performance reports.
- Engage in Risk Management and compliance including KYC procedures.
- Prioritize and track daily work and meet deadlines.
- Foster a team culture and support operational procedures.
Required Qualifications and Licenses
Candidates must hold or obtain a valid and active Series 7 license including SIE (if registered after October 1, 2018), and Series 66 (63/65) with Life and Health Insurance license within 60 days of employment.
