Overview

Morgan Wealth Management Investment Professional, you will demonstrate customer-obsessed behaviors by assisting both internal and external clients with their brokerage accounts and guiding them towards their financial goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Assist clients and prospects with brokerage accounts over the telephone.
  • Identify client needs and discuss Individual Retirement Accounts including Traditional and Roth IRAs.
  • Initiate trades in the capital markets while ensuring service efficiency.
  • Document all client interactions and comply with regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent) to be obtained within 90 days.
  • Strong compliance record with eligibility for registration in all 50 states.
  • Ability to foster strong partnerships and work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Skill in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to diagnose, resolve client inquiries, and deepen relationships.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2 years of relevant financial services or brokerage experience.
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and coachability.
  • Excellent communication skills and professionalism with diverse clients.

Work Arrangement & Hours

During training and/or licensing, the role is onsite from Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm. Following the training period, the position transitions to a hybrid environment: three days in-office and two days remote. Department operating hours are Monday-Friday 7 AM – 8 PM EST and Saturday 8 AM – 5 PM EST. Schedules may vary including non-standard work days.
