Job Summary

As an Investment Director Review Vice President on the Investment Director Review Team within Multi Asset Solutions, you will play a crucial role in supporting risk management and investment oversight for a wide range of global portfolios. You will work closely with portfolio managers, CIOs, and other key stakeholders to maintain a robust risk framework and facilitate essential quarterly investment reviews. This collaborative position involves contributing to analytical projects, automating processes, and helping to drive performance across diverse investment strategies. Your efforts will be vital in ensuring that investment processes remain disciplined, transparent, and client-focused.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support comprehensive risk management and investment oversight for Multi Asset Solutions strategies across the globe.
  • Facilitate quarterly investment review processes, meticulously monitoring risk and performance measures.
  • Maintain ongoing dialogue with various investment teams and effectively liaise with corporate groups.
  • Actively participate in projects focused on developing innovative analytical solutions and supporting infrastructure enhancements.
  • Analyze the risk profiles of diverse portfolios and contribute to automating critical reporting processes.
  • Help prepare the agenda and materials for Investment Director Review meetings and provide support to senior team members.
  • Conduct thorough performance and risk analysis across a wide array of products and strategies, ensuring all reporting is accurate and clear.

Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • Demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in data analysis.
  • Fluent Python programming skills, specifically for risk analysis and process automation.
  • Strong familiarity with Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Broad experience in investment or risk management, particularly with equity and fixed income products.
  • A postgraduate degree combined with a keen interest in investment and risk management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills to manage complex tasks and relationships.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities

  • A background in investment management, risk, quantitative analysis, manager research, or product control.
  • CFA or FRM qualification highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with MSCI Risk-Metrics.
  • A solid understanding of multiple asset classes and sophisticated portfolio management practices.
  • Experience in building and maintaining relationships across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proven ability to contribute to process automation and reporting improvements.
  • Experience supporting senior management and fund Boards.
