About the Role
The International Private Bank Digital and Data Transformation AI Contact Center Product Manager role is part of the IPB Digital & Data Transformation organisation at JPMorganChase. The product team is re-designing the end-to-end operating model and tool set for client facing teams to create an omni channel digital experience for IPB clients. You will be a key leader driving strategic change to accelerate business growth and achieve global efficiency goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client needs and integrate user feedback into feature definitions.
- Shape the product vision and roadmap planning.
- Evaluate digital telephony solutions and assess AI-powered capabilities.
- Utilize product management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from proof-of-concept to final release.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Technology, Design, and Risk/Compliance.
- Develop and maintain relationships with global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications and Skills
A bachelor's degree is required. Applicants must have at least 3 years of product management or related experience. Key skills include strong analytical capabilities, effective communication, agile methodology familiarity, and the ability to handle tight delivery timelines. Experience in partnering with legal, risk, compliance, and control teams is essential.
