The onshore technology team provides comprehensive tech solutions that support JP Morgan’s India business. They drive growth, create value for clients, and foster a culture of collaboration and inclusivity. The team plays a critical role in supporting business growth in India through strategic investments and close collaboration with global teams.
Job Summary
As an Executive Director/ Vice President, you will lead strategic initiatives supporting the India Securities entity. You will navigate complex tech landscapes, manage an end-to-end technology stack compliant with global standards and local regulations, and enhance onshore operations.
Job Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with business and corporate functions.
- Design technology solutions for India’s securities markets.
- Collaborate on strategic programs aligning with global standards.
- Oversee operations and manage onshore tech teams.
- Provide oversight to large-scale technology programs and ensure stability, resiliency, and control standards.
- Communicate effectively across all levels and drive continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills
- Strong knowledge of India securities markets and business products.
- Experience engaging with local exchanges, regulators, and audits.
- At least 10 years of IT experience with a focus on equity trading systems.
- Expertise in managing complex programs and global team collaboration.
- Proven track record in developing integrated solutions and managing vendor relationships.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
